After serving the public for over two decades from behind the counter at Whatcom County Planning and Development Services (PDS), I resigned in 2000 to make my land use expertise available to the public as a private consultant. I can now be your advocate to help you through the very complicated process of developing your land in Whatcom County. My son Jesse joined the company in 2008 and now has 13 years of land use consulting experience.

  2. I am looking to build a family cabin in Point Roberts. I have looked at properties with 2 different lot numbers under a single owner. Are these already subdivided and are 2 different entities? I am in Canada and not certain of Whatcom practices.
